Because clients come to us having already started their search online, our agents focus on service, not prospecting. That’s why we can afford to offer full service and still rebate 50% of every commission we receive.
Your Rebate: Usually 1-1.5% of the Home Price.
How does the commision refund work?
When representing a home-buyer, @listings earns a commission from the seller, usually worth 2-3% of the home price. We keep one half of the commission for our service, and rebate the other half to you.
In this example:
You pay $1,000,000 for a house
The seller’s agent gets a (3%) $30,000 commission
@listings gets a (3%) $30,000 commission
Your @listings rebate of $15,000 is delivered to you after the close of escrow.
You receive your rebate within 10 days of closing
You can sometimes apply your rebate to closing costs and get the rest as a check within ten days of closing. Certain loan programs may not allow you to receive any credits, so check with your lender about their policy upfront so you will know how your rebate can be allocated.
You cannot use your rebate as part of your down payment.
