Traditionally, brokers have charged a 6% commission when a listing home. 3% is then assigned to the broker who represents the buyer.
@listings charges a flat listing fee:
- $7,500 for homes sold up to $699,999
- $15,000 for homes sold from $700,000 to $1,999,999
- $25,000 for homes sold from $2,000,000 to $4,999,999
- $45,000 for homes sold over $5,000,000
On a $1,000,000 home you save $15,000 on the listing commission
You Still Pay the Buyer’s Agent
In addition to what you pay @listings, we recommend that you pay the buyer’s agent the customary commission. This ensures all agents will show your listing and still allows you to save thousands on the fee to @listings as your listing broker.
